The stay portal
Your guest's stay, in one link.
Everything your guest needs, in one link they can't lose. It looks like your property, not our software. There's no app to download and no account to make, and it works the second their booking lands.
Three ways in
They can't lose it, and they never have to ask you for it
Every way in is automatic. You never send a link, chase a link, or explain what to do with it.
Written into the reservation
The moment a booking comes in, Linkbase makes that stay its own link and writes it onto the reservation in your PMS. It's ready for you, and for any message template you already use.
Handed over by the AI in chat
The AI is handed the real link for that exact booking, and it attaches it when it actually helps. Never a web address it invented, and never the same one twice.
A printed QR in the property
They scan it, confirm their name, and they're in the same portal. No booking number needed. This is the backup for a guest who deleted the message or is already standing at the door.
Link discipline
It knows when the link helps
Most tools either never mention a portal or paste the same link into every single reply. Your guests get it when it helps them, and never when it would just be noise.
Asked for trivia
Just the password. No link, no extra tap.
Asked about arrival
Code · directions · wifi · upgrades
Pictures beat a paragraph, so here the link earns its place.
Every question it answers, every upgrade it sells, and every code it shares is one you didn't have to.
Under the hood
How it actually works
- 1
The link exists before the guest asks
As soon as a booking comes in, Linkbase makes that stay its own link and writes it onto the reservation in your PMS. It's there waiting for you, and any message template you already send can use it.
- 2
The AI hands it over when it helps
When a guest asks how to get in or when to leave, the AI attaches the portal. Pictures and steps land better than a paragraph of text.
- 3
And withholds it when it's noise
Ask it for the wifi password and it sends the password. Just the password. It never sends the link twice in one chat, and it can't make up or mistype a web address, because the real link is handed to it as data for that exact booking.
- 4
Selling sends the right link
Offer a late checkout and your guest gets a payment link for exactly that. They pay in the portal, and the new time shows up there and on the lock.
Connects to
Works with what you run
Your existing tools stay where they are. Linkbase connects to them instead of asking you to move.
