By selecting “Agree and Submit the Agreement” during registration or by using Linkbase Technologies Inc’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. Breach of this Agreement may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of your access to the services, and Linkbase Technologies Inc reserves the right to hold you accountable for such breaches.

This Agreement includes, but is not limited to, Linkbase Technologies Inc’s Privacy Policy and related documents. Any future changes will be announced via in-app messages. Continued use of the services after updates will be considered as acceptance of the revised Agreement.

1. Definitions

• Licensed Software: Software developed by Linkbase Technologies Inc for approved mobile devices.
• Services: Features provided by Linkbase Technologies Inc and its suppliers via the licensed software on supported platforms.

2. Services Provided

Linkbase Technologies Inc provides intelligent device management services, enabling you to control and interconnect smart devices through the Linkbase Control app. Services may include device management, automation scenes, and analysis reports. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or user demand.

3. Scope of Use

• You are granted a limited license to use the software.
• You may not license, sell, lease, transfer, distribute, or use the product for commercial purposes without written permission.
• The software is only for use on authorized platforms and terminals. Unauthorized installation may cause damage.
• Commercial use requires prior written authorization.
• Linkbase Technologies Inc may update, change, or improve the software without prior notice.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input and must regularly back up your data.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Notify Linkbase Technologies Inc immediately if your account security is compromised.

4. Third-Party Services

• Some services rely on third-party software or services authorized by Linkbase Technologies Inc.
• Linkbase Technologies Inc is not responsible for third-party information or services.
• Linkbase Technologies Inc may substitute third-party services at its discretion, governed by this Agreement.

5. Usage Standards

Prohibited Actions:

• Spreading viruses or malicious software.
• Collecting user information without consent.
• Overloading servers or disrupting networks.
• Attempting unauthorized access to data.
• Interfering with other users’ experience.

Agreement:

• Linkbase Technologies Inc reserves the right to determine violations and take necessary actions.
• Illegal content may be directly deleted by Linkbase Technologies Inc.
• You are responsible for damages caused to third parties.
• You must compensate Linkbase Technologies Inc for any losses caused by your violations.

6. Information Content Standards

You agree not to upload, distribute, or share content that:

• Violates national security or public order.
• Damages state honor or unity.
• Incites discrimination or violence.
• Spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, or criminal content.
• Defames, harasses, or infringes on others’ rights.
• Contains fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise illegal content.

7. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Linkbase Technologies Inc is committed to protecting your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection, usage, storage, and protection.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Linkbase Technologies Inc strives to ensure security and reliability but does not guarantee it due to technical limitations.
• Linkbase Technologies Inc is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure or third-party actions.
• You are responsible for losses related to unauthorized third-party use, costs arising from software use, misuse, or external factors beyond Linkbase Technologies Inc’s control.
• Only officially released software is permitted. Unauthorized software is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
• Service interruptions may occur due to uncontrollable events (natural disasters, hacker attacks, network failures, etc.). Linkbase Technologies Inc is not responsible for such interruptions.

9. Termination and Breach

• You must comply with this Agreement and respect Linkbase Technologies Inc’s intellectual property.
• Linkbase Technologies Inc may terminate or restrict your license if you breach this Agreement.
• Breaches may be reported to third parties and may result in service termination.
• Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.
• You are liable for any damages caused to Linkbase Technologies Inc or its users.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.
• Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or submitted to the People’s Court of 460 Doyle Avenue, Kelowna, BC.
• If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
